  • Breaking through stigma, full of hope.

This podcast does absolute wonders to destigmatise alcoholism and to demystify the world of AA/12-step recovery. Alex, Christian and their guests speak so openly and clearly about their recovery and, without sugar-coating, how much richer and freer their lives are now that they have found a way to get and to stay sober. • Has made AA so accessible!

I thought AA was for old men that ended up on the street because of their drinking. So refreshing to hear that young people are reaping the rewards of recovery. It’s helped me so much. Thank you and keep going! 👏

  • One of my favourite podcasts!

I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying these podcasts each week. It’s so great to hear young people speaking so openly and honestly about getting and staying sober. Very brave and I can say that it has already helped me so much in my recovery being able to hear likeminded alcoholics talk about some great topics. I would highly recommend giving it a listen.
