I’ve been incorporating Adam’s 30-minute sessions into my daily routine and I love them. Each one is a little different and they are challenging but never inaccessible. I appreciate his teaching style-just instruction without a lot of extra gab. Excellent!
I never review anything, but this podcast is the best. Adam is a clear and supportive instructor with a gentle sense of humor. I LOVE that he has sessions of different lengths (you DO NOT have to do yoga for a full hour!!!) and also for specific purposes (strength, travel, end-of-day, wake-up, etc.).
