What Katie Spotz has accomplished defies all logic. In fact, while researching for this interview, I had to double and triple-check my sources just to be sure. Katie is a world-class endurance athlete who has shattered world records and defied the im... more
OK, I’m saying it. I am judgmental. Working with a coach, I was told I needed to work on being less judgmental… and it pissed me off. That’s how I know there’s truth to it. It’s a flaw, and it’s something that I’m not proud of, but I have to be real ... more
Heavens to Murgatroyd, I love this show! Rob and his wide variety of knowledgeable guests are truly rockstars. They deliver quality (and free!) knowledge in each and every episode. The great advice they provide, combined with the relatable way in which they deliver it had me hooked from the very first listen. :)
I stumbled upon this podcast randomly or not so randomly - and I am so impressed. This guy has so much wisdom to share and his style is so vibrant I just love it. I love the podcasts with him and his wife Kim also they just sound like my bear friends giving me advice on my living room couch - tune in you will not be disappointed by this podcast. Tons of wisdom and insights.

Fri-dates are my favorite. So much practical, applicable advice. I listen to them, and then my husband and I listen together. They’ve sparked so many great conversations plus are helping us as we move forward into the best version of our life. Thanks!
