  • She’s a hoot with great focus strategies

Full disclosure - I know Catherine from an entrepreneur group we are in. I just listened to her podcast and found it fun and useful. Right now I’m listening to ‘Content Creation, Scaling, and English Muffins’ and I’ve already picked up a great idea for not over-working to create newsletters and social media posts. I’m recommending Catherine to all of my friends who are coping with the intrusions ADHD can bring to your tasks, and I highly recommend her podcast!
