I’ve been listening to Rich’s podcast for a while, but as of late, his technical issues have gotten bad. I can’t hear the coach he’s speaking with and then I have to turn my volume down so I don’t get my ear drums blown out when Rich speaks into the mic. Also, it would be great if we could let the coaches fully answer before we rush them on to the next topic.
I love the content… but when listening I can hardly hear the person you are speaking with. So I turn the volume up. Then you speak and blow my eardrums out. You need to figure out a way to modulate the volume on your end, their end, or both ends. They need to be equal.
As a new travel ball coach I had high hopes for this podcast to learn from some of the best in the business. Instead we listen to the hot talk over people and tell the story and rarely let the coaches answer and explain. I wish the host would simply ask questions, make a few clarifying statements and really set up the coaches to teach so the rest of us can learn.
I would’ve given 5 stars but in literally every episode... the host sniffs into the microphone like every few minutes! So annoying. Haha
Great insight on today’s state of travel baseball programs
