  • Truly thought provoking

What a great way to spend time and maybe come away learning a little more about yourself in the most non offensive way possible. Tamika takes subjects on that can be difficult to navigate with tremendous ease and sincerity. She uses intelligent reasoning and at the very least gives you pause... and the meditation at the end is always magic. Totally with your time.

The Think Flow Grow podcast is lovely. I enjoy the meditations at the end of each topic and the topics have seemed timely to life; introspective.
