  • Money Game

Even with the diagnosis of borderline and severe unstable unmedicated mental health, it’s a money game when you start having to hire all the witnesses to continue to prove what’s already been proven. Judges make bad rulings, and an attorney should be willing to stand up to those judges. If your BPD-X has money, it’s one more way for them to abuse you through the court system. Find a way to stop the Hemorrhaging. There’s no negotiation. You are held hostage to the family court as a protective pa... more

  • Disappointing

Imagine if these attorneys were properly educated on things like coercive control, post separation abuse, and narcissistic abuse?!? Wouldn’t that be refreshing? Like many family law attorneys, they talk a good game, but deep down they rub elbows and attend expensive galas with the same biased, ignorant monsters who remove children from protective parents and hand them over to abusers. Family law is a money game…and it will continue to be such, if things don’t change.
