  • Kyle and Jeremy are my spirit animals

I love how Kyle and Jeremy openly share their own journeys and bring deeply insightful questions (and hold space for great answers from their guests) in every episode. No matter which topic, they have a unique perspective that always gets me thinking a little differently from the norm - which is very refreshing. Highly recommended!

Kyle and Jeremy are on a mission to deliver self-improvement for everyone. I’m impressed by the knowledge the guests they bring on have; And the depth they cover in their podcasts. It’s especially refreshing to see Kyle and Jeremy step up and commit to taking action themselves during the episodes. They have great chemistry with one another. This is one of the most unique podcasts I’ve come across, and I hope to keep seeing it grow.
