I’ve been following The Shape of work podcast for over 5 months now and since then I’ve never missed a single episode. All my life I’ve always underestimated The HR industry, never knew it could be so promising and influential. Great set of guests covering a wide spectrum of topics. And most importantly every podcast is unique and always teaches something new about the most important resource of the company i.e it’s people.
