  • No Subject is Off Limits

What I love about Denita’s podcast (and her coaching as well) is that she’s not afraid to talk about any subject. You can see this especially in the early episodes where she deep dives into her own experiences and trauma, which helps me feel like I can find the courage to dive into my own issues. Then, she gives concrete advice that will help you get out of your head and reframe your life in a helpful way.
