Always look forward to the morning drive when one of these little gems has been dropped. Informative around fitness/general mental well being and hilarious advice from Uncle Benji (not so much Cousin Myles). If you are new to fitness and don’t know where to begin or an age old pro there is something for everyone of all (adult) ages!

The Proper Fit is a brilliant set of podcasts that are not only highly entertaining but also informative. Each episode so far has really made me think about different aspects of my fitness, from why I choose to exercise, to what I eat and the benefits of my personal choices on both my mental and physical wellbeing.
I always listen while I commute to work and the laughter, banter and music always brightens my mood after a hard day so I look forward to each new episode.

Listened to these guys over the last few weeks and it’s been my lockdown go to for a walk or run entertainment. Great advice for sports men and women and some laugh out loud bits that have made me fall off the kerb - well worth a listen 👌🏽
