I cannot express enough how much I love NASM and Rick Richey’s work. The way it met me in a place when I was in desperate need of a life/career change. Keep up the excellent work and inspiration Dr. Rick. I am a better CPT and person bc of your advice and experience you so willingly share! more
Rick does a great job of breaking down what I find to be a complicated topic. I was having trouble visualizing when reading the material in the book. Even though this is a podcast the examples used were very helpful. Thank you!
I highly recommend this podcast!!! more
Wow! As a new NASM CPT I’m so glad I found Rick’s show and I can’t stop telling people who are into fitness but not CPT about it. Rick does a great job putting terms and acronyms that are thrown around in the gym in to terms anyone can understand unless you don’t remember anatomy. He also gives great advice to dealing with reluctant clients and running your own business or brand. He is also does a great job referencing studies to back up his points.
Great.
