Never in my life have I heard my postpartum period described by another person. The rage was real. The mom guilt. The feeling of solely being responsible for your children.

I appreciate that Erica does not try to be the expert on anything but engages all the important conversations to help you have the resources you need and the chance to process through challenging and amazing parts of motherhood!
This is my favourite podcast, because Erica is super relatable, gives helpful advice, shares her experiences in a candid way. I enjoy her interviewing style - she gives a lot of room to the experts - as other podcasters I listen to tend jump in a little too much for my taste.
