  • Great show! Was a bit skeptical of the niche that the host chose but it was great to hear more than just fitness things and get perspectives from all the guests. Looking forward to more variety from Andy as well, love the sports takes and the episode with Janae was so good. Bravo to you.

  • Authentic and Genuine

You can tell that Andy is genuine in his interest with the topics and guests that have been on the past 28 episodes, and the interest in learning about people and their craft truly shows. I hope this podcast continues to grow and can expand to having big names because it is the type of show that deserves so! Well done.
