    Thanks for making me feel “relaxed” about what I’m doing thru my postpartum journey. I’m not alone with the anxiety and just hearing reassurances that my hormones are up and down just like other moms! I love the reminders of myths and social norms that just aren’t true! and a reminder of accepting help and just being kind to myself is important in the relationships of others.

    I was a Nutrition Science Major in college and am now a Registered Nurse. I have loved Brooke and Alyssa’s insight on how dieting effects daily life! Each topic from this has taught me more about myself and my values, which has lead me to enjoying life more!   • I did it!!

    I did it!! I practiced habituation with Oreos (mine and my husbands “weakness”) and it did take 3-4 times of buying a new box before we have gotten to the point of not having 10 each every night. Now we have had Oreos sitting in our pantry for over a week + now a few boxes of girl scout cookies and both of us just have one or two if we feel like it. Not only that but I FEEL better about eating them- no more guilt! I am so excited to implement this with other foods. Thank you!
