    This podcast is a must listen!!! As someone working with children with the desire to have them one day, this podcast has exponentially improved my ability to interact with kids (and adults) regarding body positivity, food, and stigma. I learn from every episode and really appreciate the array of content provided.

  • Loved it.

    I don’t know how she does it but you can just tell from the tone of Zoe’s voice and the way she engages with kids that she’s a beautiful soul. I am definitely trying this with my children as it not only makes them healthier and more adventurous eaters but also helps them think through ideas that have their root in our senses. The kids seem to understand it. Perhaps Zoe can teach this to College professors next as nothing is in the intellect that wasn’t first in the senses. Please have Leo and No... more
