  • Old Timey Music the way it should be heard and played

Due to the serendipitous nature of the Internet, I stumbled across this podcast today for the first time, and immediately fell in love with it. I am particularly fond of this style of music, and the musicians and performances on this show are second to none. This is a more down-home version of A Prairie Home Companion, but to my mind it is a much more authentic show. All I have to do now is catch up on more than 70 other broadcasts! Highly recommended.

  • Really great show

Great Bluegrass and Old Timey music with some of the funniest Appalachian themed comed skits.

  • Folksy music & storytelling

The gals are just wonderful. Their radio show reminds me very much of A Prairie Home Companion. Also, I've got a bit of a crush on Elizabeth. So, there's that.
