So grateful this podcast has been started! I am the first nurse in my family and find difficulty in navigating different feelings and emotions about the profession. Wanting to find ways to develop myself professionally through the eyes of someone who has already walked my path, this has been incredibly helpful in gaining insight to what may lie ahead and how I could better prepare myself for the future in addition to better enjoying the process along the way.

I am so glad I found this podcast. I am a new nurse as of a little over a month ago and have been struggling with confidence and self-care. This podcast has helped me navigate those feelings and validate that I am not alone. I’ve got this! :)
I’m a new grad and I totally LOVE this podcast, It’s so helpful and motivational. I listen it on my way to work and I suggest to every new grad!
