LOVE THIS PODCAST! It’s straight to the point, evidence based and practical. Every episode I get something from.
I really enjoy the podcast and I’ve found it helpful. However, it perpetuates the sexist view that women are the primary carers. The intro makes it clear this is not for dads. I just find that disappointing in 2022. Even the podcasts aimed at women are helpful for both parents to understand. Why make men feel so unwelcome in parenting?
I was so overwhelmed with the amount of resources we have access to. I love that Jen covers a wide range of topics and not only is she a qualified MCH nurse, sleep and breast feeding consultant but a mum who is also right in the thick of raising her own children.
