I have taken so much from the Company Doctor Podcasts, Gary and George are great at sharing valuable, useable information!! I have recommended this show to so many people because I truly believe that everyone can gain something from listening to Gary, George and their guests. Thank You.
Wow Mr Gamp, this facilitation podcast is really excellent in so many ways. a) the energy and right amount of humour. b) the content with the credibility that comes from experience. c) the memorable phrases that set useful context “guide on the side” vs “sage on the stage”. d) the construct of key points and the summary that brings it all together e.g. catalyst, guide and 3Ks. What a cracking podcast. Thank you so much. Glen
I love your podcast, especially episode 31 with Danielle Mulvey. Her tip on making sure you are using employees in their specialities to get the most productivity from them was a great idea.
This series always has great advice for the toughest business challenges! In episode 31, guest Danielle had a lot of great advice, especially about hiring likeminded individuals. If you hire people that think like you, you won’t have to make as many hires! She used the analogy of cloning yourself— it was very insightful.
Love your podcast! Your guest on #31 was so full of energy and knowledge! Her comment about being able to turbo charge employee performance through giving them ownership is something I struggle with in my business. My company is my baby and it is hard to let go sometimes. She inspired me to keep trying!
