These podcasts are really well put together and provide a large variety of great topics, they have certainly helped me through some tough times as certain topics are discussed. Great work, I hope these continue.
Great podcast series. Excellent collection of guests talking about a variety of things such as mental health, recovery, performance and even an insight in to their personal stories such as JJ Chalmers and The Magic Marine. And thoroughly enjoyed the Nick Littlehales, aka The Sleep Coach, episode.
Great podcast. Really sincere in the questions asked, clarifications for those listening and real discussions that are thought provoking. Especially love that you let your guests speak…… no interrupting….. let them talk their truth, then go back to discuss points. New fan here for sure. Thank you
A great listen, new to the podcast but listened to ep20. Sheds a lot of light on the internal workings of the Met Police. Interesting if you’ve ever wondered what it’s really like and why officers do the job. Importantly highlights the mental health needs of senior officers. Well worth a listen and looking forward to checking out other episodes. Nice one!
Information in the podcast with Jonah is great, the podcast is well produced and refreshing. more
