    So grateful my friend told me about this podcast. I have been struggling with dieting and trying to lose weight to no avail. I knew it would be hard in my 40’s but didn’t think it would be this hard. Thanks to Vanessa though, I’m done with the word “diet” and calorie counting. Her words made me realize how much our society expects us to live in this diet culture and how unhealthy it is.
