I had to pleasure to listen to the most recent episode - “What’s Your ‘Red Line?’” / Jonathan Haidt with Monica Guzman - of the “Braver Angels” podcast. This was the first time listening after coming across a link to this episode on Twitter. The conversation between guest and host was not only enlightening, but timely. Based on this listening experience I highly recommend “The Braver Angels” podcast.
Listening to O’Connor defend Trump’s statements after Charlottesville as anything but a dog whistle to white supremacists loses any credibility.
Unreal pod. 5-star.
Just listened to the episode with Jonathan Rauch. It was refreshing to hear concepts and future considerations being hammered out in real time for the listeners to learn from. Thanks for trusting in your listeners.
The analysis and sense of history that the hosts bring to issues and news is just extraordinary. These Americans have created something beautiful with this organization and this podcast. It’s nice to listen to a show about politics without the hosts being arrogant jerks (hard to find). Braver Angels gives me a spiritual, intellectual, and patriotic lift.
