I normally enjoy Simon’s podcasts. However this one was in informative and dull. They managed to go through the whole episode with the interviewee saying I can train people to do such and such. When asked how the answer was either doing exercises or doing lots of exercises. I have no idea as to what any of the exercises are or how they address specific shortcomings. Seems like the Eye Lady won’t give anything away to people who aren’t paying. Frustrating as it could have been interesting.
A great new addition to the cricket podcast family. Fantastic insight for the armchair fan into an often hidden world relating to sport science nutrition, and analysis. Always a pleasure to listen to the analyst.
A fascinating new podcast from The Analyst, Simon Hughes. Sport doesn’t stand still and athletes need to take advantage of everything they can to achieve an edge and get the most out of their talent. Sleep, hydration, recovery and much more, it can all be monitored. Small margins add up to big differences. I’m looking forward to the insights in future episodes.
