I love this podcast - never fails to inspire me, or help me view my workflow through fresh eyes. Punchy, no-nonsense, practical advice for music producers. If you like this show, check out Jason’s book, which is also fantastic.
Top notch quality here in this podcast... from his 2 books on music production to giving out music advice to get more tracks done, he is a great mentor. For example, a lot of new producers want to consume so much information about what new plug ins to make mixes sound better or get their productions top notch... he is saying the complete opposite which I concur! Information overload is not the way to produce music and learn.

I agree philosophically with almost all of the tips in this podcast as I myself realised this stuff several years ago. It’s the kind of advice you need, but may not want. I have listened to these podcasts with great enthusiasm. They are to me invaluable as Jason reminds me to stay focused and enjoy what I do. He is a very patient man who’s joy for music is infectious. If you want to make music and don’t feel like you can, listening to this will help push you on to believe you can.
All his advises do work in reality, this is the best podcast on the subject, the knowledge that he shares is invaluable. Highly recommended to all musicians and soundproducers.
