The internet is unrecognisable when you remove talking to strangers from it. It feels suddenly less useful. You probably don't know most of the people you follow on Twitter, but you might have discussed each other's mental health. You're never going to meet everyone you upvote on Reddit, but you've shared in their best moments and eavesdropped on their worst. Thanks to this ability to connect with... more

  • Her voice…

The content and style of this podacast is fantastic and informative and just based on that i’ll keep listening. But theres a BONUS! Her voice verges on unintentional asmr. Theres something about her voice mixed with the light and relaxed jazzy music that makes it even better and Super relaxing to listen to. I hope she makes more sometime.

This podcast is amazing, I just finished it and I am so sad that there aren’t more available. I know that Helen may be busy with other things or this may not fit what she wants to do right now, but I am astonished that this isn’t a famous and widespread podcast. Her demeanor her personality and her style are amazing, such a comfortable and lovely listen, whatever happens I hope that she uses her amazing abilities for more creative endeavors like this, And that she knows without a doubt that she ... more

  • Started with one and spent two hours listening to multiple.

I don’t understand why this podcast isn’t wildly popular and part of a major news organization (unless it is; I’m from the USA so I might just not be familiar). It has a professional, thoughtful, and reflective tone. It’s smart. She asks great questions. It seems unbiased but still adheres to reality and doesn’t play devil’s advocate to a dangerous point (like trying to excuse Trump followers and the dangers of that moment). It looks like she hasn’t done a podcast in a while, which is a bummer.
