I love listening to you guys. I’ve learned so much, about myself, the heart and nature of God centered around the subject of racial awareness - I didn’t think about it much. But, wow the talk about being God’s image bearers. The Word study on justice. Gods very nature is Justice! The sad history of the church (come on); we can and must do better, be better. Thanks for honesty and balance. I always go away with something revealed in the heart that I go to the Lord to help me change. Let me... more
Now you have 43! Grateful for the heart both of you have for the church and your faithfulness to exalt Christ and his gospel while you lean into complex issues!
These dudes are hilarious! They are so different, but so gospel centered. I’m grateful for these conversations that take me into challenging issues in ethnicity that are embedded in love and humor. These brothers educate me not only on the content of topics but in how to talk about them in a godly way too.
These guys tackle hard topics with grace and joy. Also the episode about phones had me laughing sooo hard. This podcast has been one of my soundtracks to this past two years of covid, social upheaval and renewed cultural awareness about racial justice. I have been able to process life more biblically through this podcast.
On every single topic, it is the heart of Christ that comes through, and that is something brilliant. The conversations are intelligent, and the hosts have such a balance of levity and reverence for the topics at hand that is consistently engaging. I am convinced that this will help build the Church in a positive way.
