    Grainnne has made a point I would like to contest, while homeschooling my children not once did they sit down for hours home learning. My kids are in primary school though, and I understand she may have been talking about Secondary school. Researching homeschooling at the moment, homeschooling children have most of their learning away from a desk/table. more

  • One of the highlights to my week

    I love this podcast I work in education but not in a school and this and the other tes podcasts make me feel like I am in a staff room with others talking about our passion. I don’t subscribe to the actual magazine as I am dyslexic and it imagine it’s very text heavy (hence podcasts are amazing for me) but when I get my new iPad hopefully in the next couple of month with text to speak function I have decided I am definitely going to subscribe to the magazine electronically if that is possible.
