As a fan of Irish Whiskey and a veteran of numerous distillery tours I find this podcast goes more in depth into whiskey production. Terroir, something I could never have imagined before, could be the start of the next whiskey rennisance. It’s nice to be able to follow from the beginning. I have started my whisky journey at Bruichladdich. That may have been a coincidence. I live in Lelystad in the Netherlands and I used to be on my knees on biodynamic farmland feeding weeds with my bare hands to let biologically grown carrots and unions grow and mature.
