  • Amazing

This podcast, I believe, is the most genuine podcast for a leader or even a future leader. This podcast has opened my eyes more as a future Lieutenant, coming from being an NCO, on things I need to consider as a future leader and possibly Platoon Leader in the Army. One thing I carry with me while in ROTC is exactly what leader I want to emulate and what leader my Future Soldier needs or wants. Listening to this podcast continues to turn the gear in my head to think about what it means to be a l... more

  • Great, grassroots leader development.

No more genuine leader than Matt Leclair! I’ve binged all of these podcasts and I appreciate the vulnerability of Matt, Trivius, and all guests. Keep these leaders coming- you don’t know how motivating it is to hear the stories of soldiers from such different backgrounds with a shared sacrifice to serve our nation.

  • The Real Deal

Matt doesn’t fall for passing trends or the quick / easy solution. He has both the combination of hard work, sound judgement, and the ability to inspire elite teams.

If you’re looking for someone to follow / learn from, he’s an excellent choice. I can’t name someone who hasn’t benefitted from their leadership.
