I’ve been binge listening to your podcast episodes for the past few days. I don’t know how I didn’t come across your podcast sooner. Kate’s voice is so soothing and I really appreciate authenticity and the vulnerability Kate shows on here. I sense the strength she built through her recovery when listening to her, which gives me hope. Big fan of the show. Have listened from the beginning and have followed its development from ED recovery and support to overall health and wellness. It’s great to see Kate doing so well with the amount of commercial sponsors now getting airtime. But too much! Most recent episode was 25mins long and 5mins were adverts. 20% of listening time, too much imo. I’ve heard them all before too so I skip and then usually end up cutting the episode and such a long ad break really disrupts my listening flow... more
