    I found this podcast as a sober soul looking to grow and heal. I found tools to help me navigate these uncertain times and all the conflicting emotions that come with it. I find the hosts’ voice soothing and her quirky sense of humor puts me at ease. This podcast will feed your hungry sober soul 😇

  • Not for me

    I tried the first couple of episodes and it’s not for me. It was very boring and sounded like a script was being read in an upbeat voice rather than a person just talking

  • Content good but

    I find the content of this podcast to be great. But what I find to be difficult is the hosts voice. She sounds so overwhelmingly upbeat, it is draining to me. Imagine you were in your early days of recovery and not feeling so positive. To be faced with someone who sounds extremely sunny is unappealing and unrelatable. Its also distracting because its ALL THE TIME, even during phrases that aren’t sunny topics, which makes no sense. It feels like she’s is trying way too hard. If you’re willin... more

  • Too self focused…where’s the “meat?”

    Although I appreciate some of the content of this podcast, I find it tiresome to wade through the typical lecture format and “opinion sharing” that begins most episodes. Way too much about Lynn and not enough about providing unbiased help for her audience. Also agree with other reviewers about the voice issue…comes across as “fake” and I find that off-putting. When I do listen I find myself fast-forwarding through a good deal of the beginning of each episode in search of what the episode is purp... more
