As a former drug prosecutor, criminal defense attorney, and as an American voter, I so appreciate this story and every aspect into which this podcast delves. To be honest, I did skip through the first episode but the remainder held my attention and will stick with me as an important story that is well told and deserves attention. Consider me a fan!
An important story told with masterful storytelling. Smoked brings 1980s Miami to life while still staying relevant to Miami’s relationship with marijuana today. Money. Intrigue. Weed. What more could you want?
I had a great time listening to the podcast on my drive to work . It was very informative and and well done. Love the special sound effects.
The narrators did an excellent job of providing information, transitioning between interviews and giving background, and lacing it with real human interactions. The sound effects were timely and fun (I had missed the Miami Vice theme!). I'd love to hear more from them on other subjects.
