La Fageda創辦人Cristóbal Colón在西班牙加泰隆尼亞地區精神病院當了十多年心理醫生。他認為一般只是提供食宿的體制，對病患毫無幫助，而投入工作則是其中一種治療手法，但是當時社會沒有人會雇用一群精障人士。於是他創辦了社會企業La Fageda，堅持讓精障員工有償、有尊嚴、有快樂，他們創出數億元年營收，還與優格龍頭雀巢（Nestlé）、達能（Danone）一較長短。 more
