荔枝窩，位處偏遠的新界東北區域，曾經是本港最具規模的客家村落；時光飛逝，村民或是移民或是老去，村內十室九空，只餘下數人留在村中生活；曾經滿山的梯田，卻已經荒廢至難以辨別。 2013年，香港大學聯加上不同組織與村民合作，在荔枝窩進行復耕計劃，重新開墾荒廢了的農田，打通日久失修的水道。每到農忙時期，不同年紀、不同階層的義工來到荔枝窩，參與插秧、收禾，一嘗農耕滋味；更有義工在參與復耕計劃後，選擇歸園田居，搬入荔枝窩居住。 復耕稻米田，亦吸引了另一批住客：與農田並存的雀鳥及兩棲類動物。再次出現在農田上的... more
