  • This is essentially just an anti-narcissistic personality disorder show, which is incredibly unhealthy for EVERYONE. Calling someone a narcissist is unhealthy. It's like saying someone is "a disabled" instead of saying "a disabled person." It's a personality disorder: they need help, not for people to say things like "it's NEVER healthy to have a relationship with a narcissist." Hugely toxic podcast.

  • Solid Advice

It’s not going to happen over night, but this podcast has helped regain my sanity. I’ve been listening now for about 6 to 8 months and it’s helped me gain the confidence to try to reclaim my life and my happiness from a toxic relationship of 20+ years.
