Sarah is a star. SO funny, big-hearted and real. I adore the openness she brings to her podcast (and all of her work). Highly recommend this show!
I love that Sarah is willing to talk about the all the stuff we try to avoid talking about. Because we need to be talking about this stuff!
One of things I love most about this podcast is how random it is. She and her guest(s) cover a variety of topics and there’s always something offbeat happening, too (like Sarah tweeting mid-interview).
Sarah is extremely giving and genuinely interested in helping mental illness come out of the shadows and into the light. She's open, honest, funny and direct. That spirit shines through all her work, including this podcast.
For real, her level of energy makes me happy. Listen in the morning and you'll have a happy day!
