I loved the 2 episodes with Leah Rose and now follow her Substack. It's a fascinating subject and really well covered with Zoe asking all the questions we need to ask and Leah giving straight answers! I particularly loved hearing the "what are you trying to achieve" because that's so important. Also great to hear that the only way to treat a hormone deficiency is replacing it with a hormone (so tired of all the noise about doing menopause "naturally"!!). Absolutely brilliant.
How lovely it was to listen to Zoe chatting to Leah. I learned a lot, and found myself extending my walk so I could listen to the whole episode. So refreshing to hear some proper truths around a taboo subject. Thankyou. Really enjoyed this!
Fab looking forward to the next series..
Loved listening to Zoe and Kelly on the first episode of Salon in the City, looking forward to the next inspiring podcast!
