I wish I had this type of quality information years ago. I would have made better wellness choices. At least it’s not too late to change the way I go about health issues. The moderator is terrific, his voice is engaging and he does a great job interviewing his guests.
Riveting! I just finished the vitamin K episode and WOW! Nothing is more moving than a real life testimonial. It was so inspiring to hear how this guest reversed his own heart disease. Kudos! Vitamin K is a complex topic but host Dov and guest Patrick made it accessible. Even without a degree in the medical field I was able to follow along and learn.
