Can’t get enough! Making notes. Listen multiple times. You have helped me make sense of my world. This feels good. Thank you!!
I haven’t unfollowed the show yet… but most of the time when listening, I think I should. It’s 50/50 good info. It’s 60/40 funny to hear the host claim to be secure but talking about his real life scenarios that definitely don’t spell secure.
New here but look forward to hearing more. Loving this so far!
Super useful information but sometimes feel like his rejection from him being broken up by an avoidant person comes through in a personal way. So I’m thinking at times.. is this accurate or is he just still really hurt?
I've learned so much from this podcast and it's easy to consume, not too much info at once. The host is also really great and I love his YouTube channel too!
