    Coach Jen is so honest and helpful in how she shares information to help people after betrayal. She has a lot of different ways to understand, learn and get through betrayal trauma. Her podcast has invaluable information that anyone going through this will benefit from. Learning to focus on yourself, that the affair was not your fault and how to navigate getting your emotions under control and move through them in a healing fashion are all important and her podcast will help you through these.
