  • Fun and Interesting Takes on Classic Records

The concept is simple - a group of music fans randomly select one record from Rolling Stone’s 500 Top Albums list and give their take. Sometimes they’re already fans, sometimes it’s new to them. As a hardcore music nerd who already has my own opinions on most of these albums, I always enjoy hearing their takes - whether or not I agree! This show is a fun, entertaining way to engage with lots of classic music that may love (or hate) or may get to discover for the first time. Recommended!

I tried listening to two episodes. I got thru one about an artist I enjoyed and another about an artist I had no opinion on (Beach Boys). Both were borderline incoherent. They don’t even reference song titles or lyrics or anything specific. It’s very puzzling. more
