    Randy’s funny, insightful, and a great listener⏤rare qualities in many podcast hosts these days: too many fill every moment of silence. Randy is skilled at asking good questions and giving his guests the space to respond. He does this (1) while also contributing good insights of his own without overshadowing his guests and (2) while asking questions that clearly arise from things the guest has said; he’s not simply running through a pre-set list of questions.
