It is good to hear Coach Cassidy. She and the other D360 coaches ALWAYS give a personal perspective to their discussions. They are never boring or makes you tired to listen to it. I’m so sorry WW thought D360 was not productive. It’s a loss to us all. I miss these men and women who put their heart and soul in helping others to getting a mindset of wanting to think of food in a new way. Maybe in the future? WW will reconsider this change and put it back where it belongs.
Kayla and Cassidy back together was so great! I enjoyed listening to all the great advice they gave!

You can tell from the podcast that she really loves what she does and really finds joy in helping people. I am always left wishing she had more than one a week! Lol
Cassidy is the real deal. She is down to earth, so helpful and totally fun to listen to. Her topics are inspiring and she cuts to the chase. Hands down on of my favorite pods.
There’s absolutely nothing I don’t want her to talk about. She is so refreshing!!!!
