Im a huge fan of Dione Davis and i came here to listen to her interview. I have to comment on how terrible the sound levels are for your podcast. There's a the big difference between your guys’ volume (very loud) and Dione’s (low). While listening to the podcast at work in headphones, i had to constantly change the volume which is very inconvenient to be honest.
