PT is absolutely fantastic. It gives a very accessible, easy but still sufficiently rigorous investigation of both the stuff ordinarily worthy of inquiry and the stuff that we don't think about enough. The show is great, but why are there only these five shows from 2008 available on iTunes? This deserves an audience.
I love this show. John and Ken offer listeners a survey of philosophical topics, as well as philosophical investigation of current events. The mix of music, input from live callers and the sardonic micromachines-fast get-my-two-cents-in contributions by Ian Shoals keep the show light and accessible. I highly recommend to anyone with an inquisitive mind or an interest in philosophy.
