Pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 120 Tahun 2023 tentang Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Atas Penyerahan Rumah Tapak dan Satuan Rumah Susun yang Ditanggung Pemerintah Tahun Anggaran 2023.
Insentif PPN DTP diberikan mulai November 2023 hingga Desember 2024 yang terbagi dalam dua fase.
Pemerintah memperluas kebijakan pemberian insentif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) Ditanggung Penerintah (DTP) hingga menjangkau pembelian rumah sampai Rp5 miliar.
Wajib pajak dapat mengklarifikasi dan memberikan penjelasan apabila mendapatkan SP2DK alias surat cinta dari DJP
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak telah menunjuk 161 pelaku usaha Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik (PMSE) menjadi pemungut Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN).
Pemerintah dengan DPR RI menyepakati target penerimaan pajak tahun 2024 sebesar Rp1.988,8 triliun.
