Mariyas' work is the BEST PODCAST I've found. If you're searching for ways to connect to your higher self and have difficulty with your mind "behaving badly," like I do, Mariya gives a perfect visualization exercise EVERY TIME I meditate. I actually gave up on doing it myself, because she is SOOOO incredibly good at making me focus! Mariya is also a great educator in her field, since she really knows her subject matter and she delivers it beautifully!
