A podcast for conscious parents who drop the f-bomb. A lot. We are the overthinkers, the dreamers, and the doers. We are parenting in a radically different way than those before us. But our divine vision gets blurry cause...OMG...kids can be such a pain in the ass. Let's work from the inside out, in a whole brain, whole body way to mitigate the crappy behavior. Not just with our kids but with ourselves. So you can be the parent you envision.

Just found Jamie recently when deciding to potty train my son. I just love everything she says and talks about. This is my favourite podcast. Gives me lots of ideas and lots to think about. Thanks Jamie!
Oh Crap Parenting Podcast has been such a delight to listen to! Jamie tells it how it is, I love her energy and how transparent she is about things. Highly recommend to any parent out there!
Gah, I love this podcast. After exploring some parenting podcasts when our firstborn hit 2 years old (wooooh buddy) I left a lot of them feeling like I just needed to take more deep breaths, meditate or speak in hushed tones (iykyk) which…was not helpful. Jamie is funny, honest, blunt and also calming. I’ve learned to stop panicking over my toddlers behavior, but also not to allow his emotions to rule our household. She’s taught me how to be honest about the struggles in parenting a toddler with... more
Jamie is fricken awesome! I have always felt like gentle parenting just wasn’t for me and then I felt like something was wrong with me. Jamie has helped me realized NO nothing wrong with me. It’s just not realistic to gentle parent all the time. She has helped me so much find sanity and confidence in motherhood. Also her potty training method worked and my son was fully trained at 2 years old!
This podcast is perfect for anyone who has a toddler. So much great info. I wish I could give it ten stars. Rock on, Jamie!
