The Bible is more like a window than it is a mirror. We come to it to look through it and see God. We don’t come to it primarily to look at it and see ourselves--picking apart our faults and flaws. Join us as we recap a section of the Bible every day to help you understand the whole bible in one year!

This podcast fye!
This podcast has become a regular part of my morning and keeps me diligent in my daily bible reading. I read the day's passages first thing in the morning. Then, later, as I drive to work I listen to the podcast recap. It has given me many thoughts to think on throughout the day. I pray for John and Keith that God will keep them close, bless their friendship, and help them keep HIM as their priority. I already see God at work in their ministry and I can’t wait to see the rest of the story.
They appear to be sharing what’s been passed down to them in Sunday school from years of hearsay and rumor instead of actual scholarly, theological, historical soundness. It does not seem like they’ve done any research on the context. They imply they know what God meant when he did or said something and some of it is way off from what most biblical Christian scholars and theologians believe/understand.
Beware of any seminary student, supposed theologian, pastor, preacher, or Sunday school teach... more
Bite sized episodes full of spiritual encouragement. Get on it!
Windows and Mirrors has helped me gain a better understanding of how the Bible is ONE story that’s connected. God has had a plan from jump and we can see that all the way through. Keith and John are wise, relatable, down to earth, well studied, and super easy to listen to. I love them and this podcast!
